Warranty:

Vectra Fitness Parts LLC warrants to the original buyer of the part to be free from defects in materials and workmanship for component specific periods as outlined below. Purchaser must retain bill of sale to establish warranty rights. The warranty is valid only if the product is purchased from Vectra Fitness Parts LLC. If Vectra Fitness Parts LLC determines a part as defective, the defective part will be replaced at Vectra’s option when the defective part has been returned to Vectra. No allowances for labor or freight will be allowed.Guide Rods ……….1 yearsPulleys ………………5 yearsCables………………..1 yearBearings…………….1 yearOther parts………..1 yearConditions and Exceptions: Failures due to normal wear, damage, misuse, abuse, neglect, alteration, improper assembly or repairs, or lack of maintenance are not covered. Use of weight stack that is heavier than the heaviest stack that Vectra sold for use on the machine voids all warranty.The warranty does not cover damages sustained during shipment. Title passes to buyer upon delivery to carrier. If product is damaged in transit, the buyer must file claim with carrier.Claim Procedure/Return Policy: You must receive in writing the authorization for your return from Vectra Fitness Parts LLC within 10 days of purchase.  You must return (at buyers expense) to the address on your packing slip and include a copy of your packing slip with your return.  Cables are never returnable. There is a 30% restocking fee on all returns.You must check all attachments and accessories for correct connections making sure all screws, nuts, and clips are securely in place and functioning correctly before every use.UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES IS VECTRA FITNESS PARTS LLC RESPONSIBLE OR LIABLE FOR FAILURE OF APARATUS, DAMAGES, INJURIES OR DEATH CAUSED BY ANY USE OR MISUSE OF VECTRA FITNESS INC.
