If you are having trouble with the click/ratchet action of your butterfly arms, it is typically not the pawl block that is the problem. It is most likely the clear tube (missing or not flush with block end) or this spring (sometimes removing this spring, stretching it to ~.3″ longer free length, and then putting the spring back can fix the problem).
